Meridian Care of San Antonio is a premier nursing and rehabilitation facility dedicated to providing the best level of care and support to your loved-one, your family and you. We are a complete nursing facility offering Ventilator Care, Pulmonary Rehabilitation, Advanced Wound Care and Skilled Nursing for both long-term and short-term residents. Our staff of highly trained professionals provide our residents and families with a comfortable, caring and warm environment that promotes healing and focuses on life enriching goals and activities.
