We understand how important it is for you to visit your loved-one. A simple visit can brighten everyone's day and is a positive way for you and your family member to share time together. We are happy to see you at our facility but ask that you follow a few simple rules to ensure the safety of the staff and our residents.

Meridian Care of San Antonio follows current CDC guidelines regarding Covid-19 so you may be asked to wear a mask or other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to enter the building. CDC guidelines are designed to change based on the severity of Covid or other easily transmissible, infectious diseases so it's always best to ask us if there are any special requirements that must be met before entering the building.
